OFFICIAL LANGUAGE AND CURRENCY OF THE CONGRESS
The official language of the congress is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided. Currency used for payment of congress related matters such as registration fees, tickets for tours and social programme etc. will be handled in EURO only.
BADGES
You will receive a personalized badge when collecting your registration documents. During the Congress, this badge must be clearly visible at all times and grants access to the Scientific Sessions, Commercial Exhibition and official Social Events.
CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION (CME) CREDITS
The Scientific Programme will be accredited by the Hungarian Medical Association according to the EUROPEAN CONTINUOUS MEDICAL EDUCATION PROGRAMME.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
For official delegates to the Congress, a Certificate of Attendance will be included in the Congress bag.
PREVIEW CENTRE
The Preview Centre is located on the Mezzanine Level. You may follow the yellow dots from the registration area. Staff and equipment will be available for you to arrange and preview your PowerPoint presentation
ESTES BOOTH
For matters regarding ESTES membership and other ESTES activities, participants are cordially invited to visit the ESTES booth in the entrance hall.
INTERNET ACCESS AND WLAN
Internet Points are available within the Exhibition Area. Furthermore, there is WLAN access in the entire building.
COFFEE AND LUNCH BREAKS
Coffee and Lunch breaks are included in the registration fee and will be served in the exhibition area.
CLOAKROOM
A Cloakroom and luggage storage facilities are available on the entrance level.
SMOKING
For health and security reasons and as a courtesy to non-smoking participants, you are kindly requested to refrain from smoking inside the Congress Centre. Smoking areas are available outside the main entrance and outside entrance F2 on the service level.
CONGRESS STAFF
The Mondial Congress & Events team members are present at the registration counter and congress hostesses are present in all lecture rooms as well as at the preview centre, congress bag counter and as badge monitors. Do not hesitate to approach them with queries - they will gladly assist you.
CASH POINT
There is a cash point available just inside the Papp Laszlo Sportarena to pick up Hungarian Forint. If you need to change money, the following banks can be found in the Arena Corner right outside the Sportarena:
Erste Bank, Opening Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00
Raiffeisen Bank, Opening Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30
Budapest Bank branches, Opening Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 15:30
Outside of opening hours, money can be changed at the railway station, airport, hotel or at the Arena Plaza (shopping mall near the congress venue).
FIRST AID
In case of need, please contact the staff at the registration desk.
CAR PARK
Main roads to reach the Arena are Stefánia út, Kerepesi út, Dózsa György út and Hungária körút. The closest parking garage is at Ifjusági út (2 minutes´ walking distance to the Arena). The car park costs HUF 200,- (approx. EUR 0,80) for one hour, max. HUF 1000,- (approx. EUR 4,-) per day.
The inner city of Budapest is a short-term parking zone from Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00.
Maximum duration of parking: 3 hours
Prices are between HUF 115-265 (approx. EUR 0,50 and EUR 1,-)
Tickets have to be bought at the P&D Machines and be placed clearly visible behind the windscreen. As there are 3 different P&D operators in Budapest, it is important to know, that bought tickets are only valid in the correct zone. The KRESZ signs give information about a change of zone.

It is highly recommended to use public transportation instead of your private car due to heavy traffic in Budapest. A public transportation ticket for three days is included in your registration fee.
INSURANCE
Delegates are advised to arrange health and accident insurance prior to travelling to the Congress. The Congress Organisers will not assume any responsibility for accidents, losses or damages, as well as for delays or modifications in the programme, caused by unforeseen circumstances. No claims for indemnification from the organisers shall arise for contractors or participants in case of cancellation, for any reason, of the entire Congress.
LETTER OF INVITATION
On request, the Congress Secretariat will be pleased to send letters of invitation to individual scientists. Invitations of this kind are intended to assist potential delegates to raise their travel funds or obtain visas. They do not imply any commitment or responsibility on behalf of the Congress to provide financial support.
