You will receive a personalized badge when collecting your registration documents. During the Congress, this badge must be clearly visible at all times and will grant you access to the Scientific Sessions and the Commercial Exhibition.

For group registrations (more than 10 persons), we kindly ask you to contact MONDIAL CONGRESS & EVENTS to arrange details.

REGISTRATION FEES (IN EURO)

Please note: the "individual member" fee is applicable to all those who have applied for ESTES individual membership, have been accepted, and have paid the 2008 membership fee. To apply for ESTES individual membership, please visit www.estesonline.org/?s=memberForm and fill in the form.

Once you have been accepted, you will receive a letter of welcome and payment instructions from the ESTES Administrative Office.

If the delegate who has registered as a member/resident does not provide a valid membership pass/confirmation of residency, non-member/regular member/non-member fees will be charged.

Please note that registrations can only be accepted and confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form (mailed, faxed or filled in via the website www.eurotrauma2008.org) and receipt of full payment. For information on payment, please refer to "TERMS OF PAYMENT".
The date of the remittance order (as stamped on the slip) will be decisive for early-bird and regular registration (i.e.: for early-bird registration, the remittance has to be ordered by the date from February 14, 2008 to February 15, 2008).
As soon as the Organising Secretariat has received your payment, a letter of confirmation will be mailed. Confirmations will be e-mailed if an e-mail address is provided on the registration form. This option is highly recommended as it helps avoid time consuming correspondence. Otherwise, confirmations will be faxed or land-mailed.

CANCELLATION POLICY – REGISTRATION

Refunds - less EUR 40 administration fee - will be granted to delegates unable to attend, provided written notice is received by MONDIAL CONGRESS & EVENTS by February 15, 2008. After this date, no refunds are available. Amounts due will be reimbursed after the Congress.

Please present your letter of confirmation at the registration desk upon arrival.
